2. Refunds

2.3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2.4. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Evince & Co.
3. Replacements

3.2. Replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days after approval of the claim.
